Clermont Urgent Care

From the moment we entered and were pleasantly greeted, I felt we had come to the right clinic… it was well organized, well maintained and exceedingly professional. The office staff was efficient and most helpful without being patronizing. The medical assistant was equally as efficient and friendly. The doctor communicated well and we left with all our questions / concerns addressed. She explained our options clearly, was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Very good experience. Highly recommend this clinic.

My son had a debilitating earache. We went to Clermont Urgent Care, with the expectation of spending most of the day waiting for his turn, and not necessarily getting the correct diagnosis. That has been my experience at other urgent care companies. But, my son needed some relief. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the intake process, the low wait time, the friendliness of the staff, nurse and doctor, who were seeing one patient after another. The staff, nurse and doctors were informed that my adult son has Autism; they treated my son perfectly. Likewise, the doctor was very knowledgeable, and she carefully checked my son’s other (many) medications that he takes prior to prescribing one so that it would not interfere with my son’s other health condition. Perhaps this sounds like, “so, what? That’s what going to the doctor and urgent care is like.” Yes, it should be, but it has not been for my family. Now I know where my family will go when we have urgent care needs. Thank you!

I was seen at Clermont Urgent Care last Saturday morning by Dr Ferguson, she was professional, very thorough and had wonderful bed side manor. The front office staff was great. She also was very friendly and treated me with respect and kindness. I was there a very short time before being seen, and the facility was clean and neat. I just moved to Clermont and retired after 34 years as a nurse. I feel the medical field, for the most part is not what it was when I went into nursing. Caring for each patient with the time they need, treating them with respect, kindness and understanding, seems to have gotten lost over the years. Clermont Urgent Care gave me hope that there are still people in the medical field that provide all the above for their patients! Thankyou for renewing my faith in medical profession, and thankyou for the great care I received.

After a reasonable wait in a very clean and pleasant waiting area (there is so much light that they need better sun blockers on the front waiting area) I had an informative and pleasant interaction with both the front desk assistant and the Nurse Practitioner Brenda. I definitely recommend this group and their service team - thank-you.
